Change and competitiveness is our main focus, as we gradually move from the era of fossil fuels to Green Energy
Biodiversity is the variability among living organisms from all sources, including terrestrial, marine, and other aquatic ecosystems, and the ecological complexes of which they are part; this includes diversity within species, between species, and of ecosystems. Biodiversity boosts the productivity of an ecosystem. Each species, no matter how large or small, plays an important role in their habitat. Changes in one part of an ecosystem will affect other parts of the ecosystem. Higher variety of diversity creates more food and promotes symbiotic relationships(a mutually beneficial relationship) between species. This abundance helps to sustain life forms and ensure a healthy environment that can withstand and recover from disasters.

Current estimates indicate that up to 67% of mangroves have been lost to date, and nearly all unprotected mangroves could perish over the next 100 years.The stakes are high, because mangrove ecosystems provide benefits and services that are essential for life. From advancing food security, sustaining fisheries and forest products and offering protection from storms and sea level rise to preventing shoreline erosion, regulating coastal water quality and providing habitats for endangered marine species — the list is long on the importance of mangrove ecosystems. This includes the unique role that they play in sequestering and storing significant amounts of coastal blue carbon from the atmosphere and ocean, crucial for mitigating climate change.Mangroves reduce flood risks for more than 15 million people, while also preventing over $65 billion in property damages each year.
